Tasty and to the point. They do burritos incredibly well. Staff have always been cool and kind. I like seeing all of their awards and the mural on the inside of the place.

I grew up in the Boyle Heights and Lincoln Heights area and haven't been to this area in a long time. During a recent trip to East La I decided to try this place. I was pleasantly surprised with the tortillas that they use for their burritos.
I tried the chile relleno burrito with no meat and it's a pretty decent burrito. I don't think my burrito had rice in it but personally I can't eat rice that much anymore so I'm good with the no rice in my burritos.
I will have to come back and try their meat burritos.

The food is always fresh and delicious. One of the best places to have a chorizo and egg breakfast burrito or try their famous Chile Relleno and asada burrito. For faster service call ahead, since this place is always busy with hungry people.

The best chicharrones and beans (a la carte) in LA. the chile relleno asada burrito is also amazing. highly recommend them. Buen provecho!

Wow wow wow this place is fire. The food is delicious. The customer service is great. If I had one complaint it would be that the place is too small to sit down and eat and enjoy your food there other than that top-notch place whenever in LA it is my go to for Mexican food delicious.

Recomended!a- hole-in-the-wall indeed with a authentic Mexican taste, I personally like a chile relleno and chicharrón burrito. Don't be afraid to mix and match.

Only reviewing the carnitas Azteca burrito- that is all I have tried. All of the accolades are correct. You can call in your order for pickup and save a 15 minute.

Heard about the Michelin rated burrito and just arraigned back in LA after a long vacation in SE Asia. This was probably the test to see if the LA burrito lived up to its hype.
I got here at 8:30am and there was already a line and people in the restaurant. Ordered to-go for my siblings and I. Got a Asada & egg, chorizo and chile relleno with asada burritos. I had the chorizo burrito and thought it was rather lacking in flavor without any cheese. Maybe I'll order it and ask for cheese add-on next time. Took a bite of my siblings chile relleno asada burrito and wish I went with that instead. I can see that's probably why they got the Michelin rated!
Would come back for the chile relleno burrito next time. My other sibling said the asada was a little under flavored. So remember, come here for the chile relleno burritos mostly!
